Its too bad that every part of the Hudson River showed fecal bacterial levels from hundreds of times to 10s of thousands of times above the acceptable level.
Plus the cleanup of GE's PCB dumping up river has caused the PCB particles to show up all the way down river to Battery Park.
The Hudson River is basically a sewage and a toxic dump.
