I need help :( Windows 7 is deleting my games at random.

Usally the exe files are removed after i start up my computer.

So when i try to run a game windows 7 don't like i get missing shortcut error, then i go the folder and pretty much every thing is gone. I go to control panel and check uninstall and they are still there. Every day i have to reinstall some games, games i have problem with is any Anno game, Warcraft 3 and expansion, Any Battle for middle earth game, Spore and expansion,

I'm having a problem with my laptop's windows 7, I shutdown then it says there is update that are need to be made, so as it shuts down it will install them before shutting down, but now there is a problem, it's been for like 7 hours already and windows is still installing the update, it is not shutdown. You can not adjust colums in Windows Explorer by dragging and dropping, they force you to right click menu and select expand. MS is worth "billions". Shit company

i find alot of bugs in windows 7!! ALOT!!!!. and it gets slow by nothing. re install windows will make it better but in some weeks its getting slow, and i have not installed anything.the only thing i install is flashplayer, avg antivirus and firefox.
