Boxing has no kicks but talking of brutal force kyoukushin wins, remember karate has kyoshu jutsu boxing doesnt have that, abd in karate balance is key so they avoid being trown or something like that
@koi891 Boxing is designed to knock you out. Not look fancy. It works, and quite frankly, it is much more practical to try and land a punch than it is to try and land some willy nilly high kick in a street fight. Boxers can move in/out quickly and hit so much harder than any other style that it's not funny, their resources are concentrated. One punch and your done. Boxers are also the hardest to knock out.
only in anime would a black belt be made to look like a hero compared to someone that "boxes" with out gloves. put a real boxer in and see what happens. but it's only a cartoon i guess.

@brandeezy108 The cartoon is about Mas Oyama, Sosei. The founder of Kyokushin Karate. He fused traditional Japanese karate with other styles of fighting, including boxing and Mauy Thai. His style is also full contact. No point fighting crap for Kyokushin! Many Kyokushin fighters have fought in sports arenas vs Mauy Thai, K-1 and MMA. So don't be too quick to judge. Kyokushin has had more success in real fighting sports arenas than any other style of Karate.
