What "behavior" is Tony Perkins talking about? Last I checked, most American GLBT community are law-abiding citizens who pay taxes, vote, and respect the privacy rights of other citizens. Plus the human social interactions of our strongest allies that allow Gays in the military is no different to the Gays in the military right now in teh US military. Israel, Mexico, Canada, UK, Philippines, Argentina, Brazil, France, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, etc allow gays to serve openly.
