Jeff Lynne is all over it, but Roy gives it the extra that makes it exceptional. I remember saying to myself that this can't be true. In the late 80-ies the charts were dominated by SAW productions and emerging house and hip-hop, then the hard rock bands and R&B, ....and then the question is what stood the test of time? This one did, ...along some other contemporaries, so there ;-)
