Your second harp is more balanced but the first one has the right sound for this song and type of music, it's gentler I think. They are both lovely though.
I think it depends on how you want this song to be heart or interpreted. To me, Nuramon sounds like a talented young boy, sitting in the sun and playing his harp. People wait and listen, astonished about this pure musical talent.
Varda rather sounds like an older woman, sitting in a dimly lit room on a little stage, playing with closed eyes. People sit around, they came to listen to her, they close their eyes and fade away, dream about their own fairtayles.
@Flit192 Wow, I like that comment of yours, friend. It's almost poetic how you describe your impression. Thank you so much. Please, everyone, give Flit a thumbs up if you aggree with him.
So glad to see you posting a harp video again!:-) Ooh, so difficult, I went back and forth a few times but in the end, I think I prefer the warmer sounds of Varda. The first harp sounds very nice too, crisp and clear! And it's very beautiful by the way:-)
Nuramon! It may be harsher and have less resonance, but it has a beautiful dreamy sound. What a great harp it's going to be! "She" just needs to be tamed :-)
Welcome back, Martin! I am so glad that you are going to post again your music. True, I prefer the sweeter sound of the second harp, but I think also that your new one has a very good timbre even if it is little and so the strings have less resonance. Who is the harp maker? Greetings from Italy :-)
The second harp has a warmer tone over all, however I actually like the newer harp that you played first for this song. It has a crisper sound and I think it lends itself well for this piece. Good to hear you playing again, I look forward to your next video!
I think I prefer the Varda. The left hand notes seem to stand out a little more to me than on the other harp- which is a good thing since there is a bit more of a balance between the bass and right hand on this harp v.s. on the other harp.
Just another word of advice, I don't know if it was the recording or anything, but try to be a bit more confident in your left hand! It creates a warmer texture that way. :)
This is a really great piece by the way (I'm thinking about learning it now)!

@CelticVision Thanks for the advice. I don't know wether it was the recording, but nevertheless I need to get more confident in both hands^^
