It's not that fast at first but after a while it does work fast however they cancel accounts without any explantion except you broke the rules

Xoom does not accept credit/ debit cards that have an APO/ FPO billing address. Most U.S. Military service members that live oversees have an APO/ FPO billing address and it's unfortunate that they cannot use Xoom to send money to their loved ones. The only available options are luckymoney or western union.

They cancel my transaction and said I didn't get charge.

But you all know what?

When my bills came, XOOM had charged me 120.00 bucks.

I have just one word for this F R A U D ....this people is very unprofessional, they are not secure, they play with yor money, they are not fast...DO NOT GET SCAMMED by this,,,,,I'm already despererately trying to collect back 500dls, from this people, who out of no where cancelled my transaction and they havn't liberate my money yet, my bank can't do anything either...so I feel totally trapped... and to add more, i don't think they have the state of the art encryption. coz u can access your account from any computers. they don't record your personal PC identification like other Banks when you access your account online. and their encryption level was low and very easy to decrypt. hehe.

this commercial is a lie. it's untrue. it takes 5-7 days to have the money ready for pick-up. also they have the lowest exchange rate so they can earn from it. ex. current market exchange rate from php to usd is 47, xoom is 45. so the receipient will receive less amount plus the a high fee of sending money.
