Hermaphrodite is a word that refers to a person (or an animal) with both male and female reproductive organs. It's not the same thing as Gender Identity Disorder. In the case of Aya's character, Gender Identity Disorder means that the body is totally female but the brain thinks it is male.

Okay this is from Kinpachi Sensei, episode 8 of series 6 - and it's not a gym, it's her bedroom! Basically, the character Aya plays is a transsexual named Tsurumoto Nao, and she's trying to hide her breasts by flattening them, as she thinks she should be male, not female!

She won the TV/film award for Best Supporting Actress for this role, btw.
