@stop620 This animal is an African Buffalo or Cape Buffalo (Syncerus caffer) Which surprisingly enough lives in AFRICA. The American Buffalo is a colloquial name for the American BISON (Bison bison) which is from the AMERICAN Continent. You also find Eurasian Buffalo or Wisent (Bison bonasus) in Eastern europe (Poland mostly), and Wild Water Buffalo (Bubalus arnee) in Southeast Asia. There are also domesticated Water Buffalo (Bubalus bubalus) in many countries around the world.
