I am huge on form and have done all sorts of work out regimens. Anybody that trolls on a 30 muscle up set, please just post a video of how to do 30 good muscle ups, or hell, do 30 kipping muscle ups, or even 30 pull ups. The only haters out there are the ones who can't do what he's doing. Yes, lots of technique, but there is a lot of strength and endurance that this guy has put in.

why dont you do "perfect" m-ups and then when you're tired, do kipping m-ups? You'd probably shave some time off considering the hang to kip transition seems to take too much time.

The rules are clear: the arms must be straight at the bottom, and you must raise until you're arms are locked on top of the bar. WHATEVER YOU DO to get from starting possition, to finish possition, is VALID. Just do it 30 times as fast as possible. If it's not a "muscle-up", fine, call it what you will, but it's still a darn good workout! FANTASTIC effort by this guy!

@Matti775 sadly in spite of my recent muscle up progression I won't be able to do such thing in a moment. It depends on personal capabilities. Btw how much can you do at the moment in one set? I'm just curious. :]
@sLim88CPC Do muscle upów się nie przykładam specjalnie, bardziej skupiam się na nauce tych wszystkich drobnych triczków na drążku, ostatnio z tych siłowych rzeczy katuję backlevera i oac, backlever już mi ładny wychodzi. ;] A oac to wiadomo, trudno się nauczyć. Na razie robię z kąta 90' na dwie łapy. Nie mam żadnego programu, sam znajduję sobie ćwiczenia i z racji tego pewnie dojście do pełnego oac zajmie mi kupę czasu.
@Matti775 ja staram się przykładać w miarę możliwości, na koniec marca dopiero minie rok, jak robię na dwie. :) Również pracujemy tu w Krakowie w parę osób nad ogólnymi zabawami na drążku, wszelkie levery, oac to tylko ja i mleko ćwiczymy w miarę, z resztą sporo z tego, co robimy możesz zobaczyć na filmikach Bundka, często razem ćwczymy. Powodzenia w dojściu do obranych celów!
