  • Yes - the reason for that is because I only have a digital camera that allows me to record 30 seconds worth of video. When I get the chance to buy a real video cam I'll be able to make longer videos :).

  • Hahaha! FYI the 30's I'm curling are a pair of 15lb dumbbells totaling 30lbs. Now if people have interpreted that different that's their doing. So when you see me curling 40lbs that's exactly what it'll be a total of 40lbs! :) and sure you'll see proof next time around.

  • Well I thought I was, being that I am curling both 15bs at the same time. After all, lifting 15lbs together certainly makes 30lbs, no more and no less.

  • Well I recently moved up in weights and started curling 40lbs but can only do about 10 reps. The goal is 15 reps for every set I do (3).
