you make your own custom levels with the level editor. Search for "marble blast gold level editor" here on youtube and you'll find a guide it's not too hard to spot. You can also download other people's custom levels from marble blast sites. But don't ask me for links as I stopped playing this game 1 and a half year ago.

How to play without gems, Well you can download a version of them without gems or remove them with the level editor.

then i suggest you check out the marble blast forums and download the pack ;) but when you remove the gems.. remember to save the level (with another name) if not u cant play without gems.
