  • I am a VietNam, I have see the movie dinosaurs dinosaurs known to have long time...................But I did not know the have triceratops....("") this is the first time I know...

    Great!..

  • @scheiSSkind77 That's because the Triceratops' horns are a boss!;)

  • 1 million years ago: dinosaurs already died

  • The Triceratops was like "BITCH"!

  • i see two time.....==

  • lol........==

  • @deathgrip999 its just a movie lol

  • Thumbs up if you're watching this in Dinosaur times on your mack rock pro.

  • Ahh, the golden age of stop animation by Ray Harryhausen! I grew up with this stuff! Amazing!

  • i bet that caveman is adam and eve great grandfather

  • @scheiSSkind77 Watch the clip: Gwangi vs. Styracosaurus. It gives you a different result. The T-rex like monster WINS there.

  • @SuperKenan1985

IKR, they made the animals waay too big in this movie lmao.

  • talk about historical inaccuracy. cerato was a jurassic era dino while tri was a cretacious dino. these two never would've met each other in real life.

  • LOL

  • Who needs CGI? Really?

  • @scheiSSkind77 Well, in real life, a T-rex would be hard pressed to kill a triceratops due to its considerable bulk and aggressive fighting style.

  • The best dinosaur fight since the original King Kong vs T-rex skirmish. ( And Miss Welch was FIT!!)

  • This fight rivals the original King Kong vs T-rex skirmish....absolutely first rate. Harryhausen rules!!

  • There is no way a human was around during the Dinosaurs they would have been killed.

  • an old dinosaur fight

  • @scheiSSkind77 Doesn't always happen; you seen Valley of Gwangi?

  • Both these dinosaurs are twice their normal size, for dramatic purposes of course.

  • One of the awesomest dinosaur fights in the history of ever.

  • the trike was accurate but the cerato is off

  • OMG its the mos tawsome thing ive evar seened! Is it real???It looks so real and awsome !I shit my pants!

  • for dinosaurs mans are insect ihihihihih

  • Ceratosaurus would have fled from the fight because it only hunted smaller prey and Triceratops was in fact the only thing that could scare a Tyrannosaurus.

  • @MaxterandKiwiKing IT wanted Raquel Welch - Anything will kill for that!

  • @MajickDemoniack UMM,ok?

  • @MaxterandKiwiKing It was a joke, dude. Raquel Welch was the Megan Fox of her time - get it?

  • @MajickDemoniack OHH! I see.

  • Is this not a perfect movie for guys of any age? Cool animation that Harryhausen really put his heart and soul into, an army of cavechicks who can almost match Raquel Welch's beauty, and a surprisingly interesting plot that moves along without having any dialogue to assist. It's completely watchable just to see what crazy spectacle will turn up next. See the entire movie if you haven't already.

  • i want to live at that time..

    Cool babe...

  • @scheiSSkind77 That's not a t-rex, it's a ceratosaurus, yeah, dino movies were bad back then lol

  • I havn't seen the whole movie, but without a doubt this is my favorite scene.

  • the ceratosaures got owned

  • @scheiSSkind77 In this contest, the T-Rex picked itself up, exposing his underbelly. And Triceratops is always looking for an opporunity to use its horns, rammed him in that spot. Message to T-Rex 's: When going up against Triceratops, use flanking maneuvers, never a frontal assault.

  • Interesting; the Ceratosaurus death scream sounds just like Billy Idol at the end of 'White Wedding'.

  • Ms Raquel Welch was all on my mind when this scene.

  • thumbs up if you noticed all the problems

  • 3d movies:get f**k this shit rulez!

  • i wish ive nver seen dis

  • All right baby, now we eat and later we'll fuck! Something tells me that in spite of T-Rex's reputation as the iconic dinosaur living in the same era as Triceratops that the scenario would have played out the same way had he been stupid enough to mess with one, since they were herd animals and would probably have ganged up and charged at him. Maybe that's why we only have 8 fossil remains. Interesting.

  • and of course the girl looks all skimpy

  • @scheiSSkind77 not true. watch the Legend of Gwangi

  • @TheJASM4collection seen it many times thanks

  • primeiro o ceratossauro e pequeno com 6M de altura affs

  • is this from the same film where an apatosaurus's neck went all wiggly when it was being bitten?

  • Humans dindt live with dinos e-e

  • @pokepoke302

No, I'm pretty sure this is documentary footage...

  • T-rex was like : Omg the pain....you bastard

  • @scheiSSkind77 Well actually in THE VALLEY OF GWANGI the Trex wins!

  • @scheiSSkind77 Thats not a Tyrannosaur

  • @scheiSSkind77 It was a ceratosaurus

  • @scheiSSkind77

*Yawn* Did you not read the title? And sorry to brake it to you, but that "T-Rex" was slaughtered! You also forget that Spinosaurus and Giganotosaurus were all carnivores bigger than him!

  • @scheiSSkind77

This was actually an oversized model of Ceratosaurus, not Tyrannasaurus Rex.

  • I dont think the Triceratops was after them.

It looked to me like he was rushing to the challenge of the Ceratosaurus and they just got caught in the middle and panicked.

  • it's not that bad... the Ceratosaurus is enlarged and it didn't live in the same peroid. Ah those perfectly shaved legs on Cavewomen xD

  • Cryptozoology novel see video book trailer

  • @scheiSSkind77 but that isnt a trex

  • @scheiSSkind77 Check out my other vid "last Dinosaur" fight. Its not as well done but worth a look. The T-Rex always does seem to lose even in the old dino picture books

  • Comment removed

  • The sher AWSOMNES!

  • Ceratosaurus and Triceratops didn't even live in the same time period......

  • @DogStar37

Yeah, and neither did Homo Erectus! Ceratosaurus also wasn't that big. Tyrannosaurus might have been that big, but Ceratosaurus was only about the size of a large horse.

  • SERA QUE ESTES SERES MONSTRUOSOS REALMENTE EXISTIRAM ?

  • I was expecting Ceratosaurus to win when I first saw it, because I thought that they'd make Cerato win simply because he's the carnivore. Guess they were smart enough to know who'd win.

  • When I saw 'from 1 million years BC' I expected the subject material to be that old... Not the video.

  • @mattshaw57 lol

  • And to think... they had video cameras back then! MY, how fortunate we were to have such great technology to go alongside the sword. lol

  • Something so intense about Ray's Ceratosaur, Tyrannosaur, Allosaur characters. The way they whip their tails about, together with the mean facial expressions, gives them the moodiness of a really pissed-off cat or something. You don't get that with the more realistic, but less expressive, JP stuff.

  • @CultureJudge You're right about the tails whipping, something I never really took note of. Its a pity this is probably going to become a lost art and Ray was the master.

  • @DinoDragonFighter

Another reason why we no longer see the whipping tail is due to anatomy; turns out tetanuran tails were not as flexible as we used to think they were. The most they could do was swing them around like a pole. Ceratosaurs, on the other hand, had more flexible tails.

  • @CultureJudge Jp wanted the dinosaurs to be as unlizard- like as possible.

  • All this action makes me want to wrestle with Raquel Welch.

  • I saw this movie when I was 10 years old in a fancy villa, just before our family moved from Finland to Canada. Cool! And after that, oh, what an adventure my life has been...but that's a totally different story.

  • This is first class stop motion. Amazing!

  • I thought the dinosaurs became extinct 65 million years ago......hmmmmm. And why does the T-rex sound like a mountain lion?...hmmmmmm I don't know if this movie is totally 100% accurate.

  • At nine years old at the time, I was less excited about seeing a hot Raquel Welch and more intrigued about seeing the dinosaurs! Ray Harryhousen's special effects was truly awesome!

  • Can you image if Ceratosaurus was actually that big and like that in real life?! Allosaurus would've had nothin on him then!!!

y'know, these older stop motion battles were and are actually scarier than the new cgi dinosaur re-enactments we get. The older ones were just more gritty and intense and it wasn't so one sided. Plus the sound effects were way more eiree and the wounds inflicted were brutal!

  • This scene is cool!

  • This video is 110% accurate!

  • when i was a kid i loved the fighting dinos, now im an adult i love the hot cave slut seeing her ass crawling through that hole daaaayuuummm. fun for every age. PS who is she ?

  • @JPdab That was a young and hot Raquel Welch!

  • I lol'd.

  • How much you want to bet they were actually fighting over who got to bang Raquel?

  • This is my favorite scene in the movie. I love Triceratops. :)

  • reminds me of that old game Rampage or something any way a few of the characters in it was called Sauron a T rex, Chaos a Giant gorilla and Talon a swift Raptor. PRIMAL INSTINCT!!! Thats the name of it. :)

  • @comicshaun07 Primal Rage.

  • @CaptainCretaceous91 aaaahhhhhhh thats the one :\

  • Got to love old fashioned dinosaurs! Despite the scientific inaccuracies, there's just so much more emotion in them.

  • those dinosaurs werent that big!

  • All right, way to go, my favorite dinosaur. "Triceratops"!

  • we dont see more dino movies like this one

  • yup this is the single scene that sold me that dinosaurs were real and that I had to learn how they did that. stop motion rules, and Harryhausen still rules stop motion.

  • This film proves creationism

  • The movie creator is wrong cuz ceratosaurus dint live the same time as triceratops

    and ceratosaurus wusnt that big

  • that sucks

  • You can't Uff with the:

    TRICERA Pop-Ya-Guts-Out-n-leave-Ya-A**-Leakin' TOPS, Dog!!!!!!

    Uff What you heard!!! Tyranno-who?

Your Arms are too short to box with Tops!!!!

  • You can't Uff with the:

    TRICERA Pop-Ya-Guts-Out-n-leave-Ya-A**-Leakin' TOPS, Dog!!!!!!

    Uff What you heard!!! Tyranno-who?

Your Arms are too short to box with Toooooooppps!!!!

  • You can't Uff with the:

    TRICERA Pop-Ya-Guts-Out-n-leave-Ya-A**-Leakin' TOPS, Dog!!!!!!

    Uff What you heard!!! Tyrano-who?

  • i wanted ceratosaurus to win

  • lol, so realistic

  • the fight between gwangi and the styracosaurus is a rip-off from this fight. The only difference is gwangi wins

  • é de massinha rsrsrsrs

  • My Fiancee turned into a Triceratops from smoking weed. :(

  • this fucking stopmotion, although obselete, is top notch!

  • Sauron

    Vs. Armadon

    RAGE!!!

  • Any smart carnivore would run from a Triceratops

  • boo the t rex

  • All i keep thinking is how she keeps he hair so straight

  • This offer what jp3 do not:Sexy wemens.

  • you should make more videos like this exept with different dinasaurs

  • You should really do somke research on dinosaurs before you put caveman with dinosaurs.

  • wow movies in the 60's were more revealing than today, i watched this movie was on last night and i was surprised to see all the scimpy outfits on, not that i'm conplaining :P

  • One of Ray's finest pieces of stop motion.

  • Triceratops are biggest Ceratopsion. Triceratops is 9 metre (30 feet) long and weight is 5+ tonne and head is 2.5 metre (8.3 feet), it has the largest skull/head of any dinosaur after Torosaurus. Torosaurus head is 3 metre (10 feet) long. Ceratosaurus is 6 metre (20 feet) long, weight is 1 tonne and height is 3-3.6 metre (10-12 feet). Triceratops enemy is T. rex. In this movie they made Triceratops lot bigger than real size. T. rex is 12-15 metre (40-50 feet) long, weight is 6-7 tonne.

  • 3:35 ~ HEY! That's below the belt! lol

thanks for posting this. Miss those days when a dinosaur movie meant we get to see two of 'em juggernauts beating the crap outta each other. =)

  • Now I remember why I watched this movie many times. Im a great dino fan, but I watched for that beauty sex symbol xDDD

  • like godzilla! :D

  • Also, Ceratosaurus should have four fingers, not three, and it was only about half again as tall as a human, not gigantic like it is shown here (If you're wondering, complete Ceratosaurus remains have been known since 1884). Then again, why am I critiquing a movie that doesn't even pretend to be accurate?

  • Ceratosaurus shouldn't have stood a chance; it was much smaller and weaker than Triceratops. There were pretty complete skeletons of both in 1966, so there wasn't much of an excuse. If they needed a good fight, they should have just used Tyrannosaurus or had the ceratosaur fight a Stegosaurus instead.

  • they don't make dinosaur movies like they used to

  • ahhhh if humans were really around in dinosaur times it would have been so freaking scary nothing beats dinosaurs!!!

  • Best dino fight scene in the history of cinema. Far better than the shitfest in JP 3 that calls itself "legit".

  • @Danzilla1996 I agree. the JP3 fight was such a rip off. What did it last..like 30 seconds?? This one went on for a while with you never really sure who would win.

  • @DinoDragonFighter So true 100%. Past the fact that T-rex would've won, why even bother having a fight that lasts 30 SECONDS?

Sigh...... too bad no one makes movies like this no more......

  • @DinoDragonFighter but the JP3 fight scene was very more expensive than this one, u can't compare

  • @DinoDragonFighter Yeah and the fight in JP3 was definitely not realistic... well this one wasn't so too but at least this dragged on for a bit

  • @Danzilla1996 Indeed. I almost cried when the Rex got killed. Spinosaurus is bullsh*t. T-REX FOREVER!

  • @RincewindsHat66

That's what happens when Jack Horner is allowed to much influence in JP. Still it's been proven Spino was very unrealistically portrayed in the movie an in real life if the 2 would have met T-Rex would wipe the floor with Spino. I like Spino though... but considering it's weak Jaws, body was not built for combat an mainly hunted Fish an Small land Dino's... While Rex was fighting Triceratops so... We all know T-Rex had that fight won.. But i was also disgusted with it.

  • @XxComablackxX1937

You're absolutely right. In the JP fight, the rex has the spinosaur by the neck in one shot. In real life, the spino would have probably been decapitated.

  • I actually get a boner whenever I watch a Triceratops sink its horns into the soft belly of a T-rex or Ceratosaur, etc.......

Does this happen to anyone else? Or am I alone with this condition?!

  • what year was this movie made? wasnt there another scene where ceratosaurus fought stegasaurus?

  • @outforjustice3350 I'm pretty sure the movie you are thinking of is called "Journey to the Beginning of Time". It was a stegosaurus vs a ceratosaurus. The stego nails him in the body with his spiked tail if I remember correctly. I saw that movie as a very young kid. This film here came out in 1966.

  • @outforjustice3350 also valley of qwangi bt ceratosaurus lost

  • Harryhausen was my hero growing up. Today, while the effects we have give us more options, there was something beautiful about Ray's painstaking work. Granted, it doesn't look as "real" as Jurassic Park, but it has energy and grace, and when one considers the process necessary to bring this to life ... well, I am in awe. Thanks you for sharing this.

  • Even the graphics look like it was from 1 million years ago!

  • sorta gay sory

  • 3:34 a car jaja lol lol

  • Why do creationists fight against evolution so much? Just imagine primitive man & if we are all made in the image of god, god looks like an ape? Hairy, dirty, smelly, unwashed, yellow broken teeth, horrible hair.... that is supposed to represent God? No wonder time stops going backward about 5,000 years ago to these people.

Next time u take a look at the image of an Neanderthal man in a museum, i am sure u will pay him a bit more respect - Behold God in all his glory!

  • Humans and dino's, one million years ago? At least the lady is a nice cave woman.

  • Hah 65MYa

  • While these two tough guys fight over the girls, the wimp runs off with her.

  • Best scene in this movie!!!

  • f**k yea triceratop all the way

  • that ceratosaurus is pathetic

  • wow

  • I have This movie where a Triceratops runs his nose horn in a guy.......

  • actual footage

  • Absolute Magic!!!! No one could bring the giant lizards to life better than Harryhausen!!!! But then, I bet that John Richardson was not exactly concerned with the prehistoric beasties! If he was really smart, he kept his eyes on Raquel's rear end as they crawled through that tunnel to escape! Talk about getting a mouthful......

  • epic faillture

  • lol, it bites horn, nom nom nom

  • this film and king kong are my favourite stop motion movies, i love ray harryhausen's work

  • wow.. girl is hot..

and at least the fight is believable.. unlike movies with cg (with endless possibilities btw) that have fights end within a minute or two...

  • t-rex would win....

  • nicely waxed cave woman

  • this video alone has taught me more about dinosaurs than the history channel has taught me.

  • Comment removed

  • I think a tyrannosauros never fought against an adult triceratops.

  • This is the more realistic Triceratops of ever - of course with JURASSIC PARK's sick one ( not a CGI creation but a marvellous animatronic by missed Stan WINSTON's team ). Shame that nowdays producers left out art of people like HARRYHAUSEN ( stop motion ) or BOTTIN ( animatronics like WINSTON ).

  • Ok so blonde girls are considered dumb nowadays right? The blond in the movie lived 1 million years BC,so she'll be considered........what????

  • omg i havent seen this movie since i was like 5 in like 1997...i remember me aunt worked where you rent the movies and it was my birthday and the ahole gave me this movie what a bitch i was good tho what i remember i'm going to try and see the whole movie to refresh my memories

  • When I first saw this as a kid I was hoping the Ceratosaurus was going to win but then WHAM horns in the guts!!!

I really do miss this guy work, like he gave each of his animation characters emotion. . you can tell by the Triceratops after the battle he looked extremely exhausted. . .great movie and thanks for the upload.

  • I thought the exact same way when I first saw it. But the trike nails him percectly. I like how he even lifts him up off the ground and just deposits him on his back...perfect ending

  • @SumGuy87 Me too, Ceratosaurus was more agile, and taller, so as a kid I was shocked by the outcome. It's like some fat kid beating up a Quarterback.

  • @cutegirl00179 LOL nice comparison!!
