It belongs to toyota.. and for people saying it's slow, it's only in walking pace mode.. If you look at the back wheel you can see the joints in it, this wheel stretches out when you put it in a faster pace for more balance and it actually hits up to 20-25mph.. very useful for a security guard.. come on people japan don't do anything without a reason.
