ok there either more than just a new pipe ont here or the vid is bullshit mostlikly bullshit one they pry never get over 35mph so its probably 2nd or 3rd gear if you count the gear shifts theres only 4 witch unfortunetly they dont show the side with the gear shifter so how do we know he's just not backing off the gas to make you think he is changin gears this is pry bull because most 450s cant even do this

@LOVESooMOTERCYCLES Actually if you jump and dump it in 5th it will come up and i can ride it for a long time. I'll post a video later this week and my bike only has a leo vince slip on. A 450 just makes this easy.

I owe a 2010 WR250X and I LOVE this bike its awesome. I purchased 1 mile now i have 1300miles and its been about 3 weeks. I ride 70 miles a day and spend and avg. of 4.30 cents to fill. I get 165 miles to 1.5 gal. I now take it up to avg of 84mph Need once got it to fill 2.0 gals like they say.Best effiency is going with a wr250x... And those twisty ass roads are the best this bike handles like a Dream..

@LFBBullies thinking about a 2010 wr250x or a Husqvarna 450 SMR? I'm 6'1" about 205lbs in full race gear. obviously there's a huge difference in power, 250 vs 450, but how does wr feel at speed? How is the suspension(front) under heavy braking and is there any hint of some grunt out of the corners? any info would help, thanks.

From what I understand, all ya have to do is cut the gray wire for the ignition retard module and put the throttle assembly off a yz rejet and presto it's a yz / wr250f

I just sold my wr250x, dont buy one there weak as fuck!! seriousley. Good running solid bike but NO power. Once you hit the highway its a difficult task to maintain 70mpg with  even the slightest wind. I has a power programmer and a pipe and the thing was soo weak. My yz250f has 3x the power. DONT BUY ONE

@08wr250x yeah no power, but it can pull the front at 65mph, you're yz250f also has 3x the maitnence, sounds like you dont know how to ride

its an 2001 with the lb7 motor..i have a performance chip,upgraded turbo, straight exhaust, injectors, cold air intake, torsion bars, 2 inch lift, turbo wistle just for the sound lol, gauges, and some styling mods like lights, running boards, grille guard

If you look close you can see hes stepping back onto pegs. If the owner of the bike reads this, where did you get the pegs, or if you made them let us know how!

thanks for posting. after hearing from everyone you cant bring it up in 5th I was leaning more towards wr450 but after seeing this im set on the x. thats exaclty how i bring my yz250f up in 5th on the street.
