It is a fund for bipolar research headed by Sean's mom. They do an annual fund raising concert in Atlanta that get's regular visits from Sean's band members as well as a lot of other friends and supportive musicians. It's hard not to be touched by Sean's music or his story - check out the site and raise awareness. Sean has a light that he shares with everyone even after he's passed. Do what you can to prevent these tragedies.
SUCH A GREAT, BEAUTUFL SONG!!!!!! Sean, thank you man... Your music will not go to waste... I'll be listening to, singing, and playing it for life brother.... RIP
Great Great song!! his last record is absolutely amazing, every song is excellent, you can listen to the whole thing start to finish over and over again. what a true genuine musician, he is missed
I was under the impression that he killed himself because he went off meds. It's not as simple as "drugs killed him." A great talent who had a lot of life infront of him if not for the demons.
fitz: You're reading me wrong. I know quite a bit about bi-polar disease--my brother-in-law has it. I'm also a guitar player that just discovered Sean's playing. I'm very saddened by the loss of Sean Costello, and I don't fault him for trying to ease his pain by self-medicating. Like Heath Ledger's death, this is just so tragic. I only hope that some kind of new help or awareness can be given to young entertainers under stress.
I just feel that if Seans Mom was reading these comments it would be kinder to leave a sympathetic message rather than stating the obvious, but I don't mean you any disrespect.
Ruthie- Sean was extra fired up this day wasn't he?!! His playing reflects a very very happy man and his voice is extra strong- more passion. Amazing man...amazing soul. We love you Sean- always. S-
He was very happy that day and it's reflected all 4 vids I took of him that day. I'd never seen him happier! As you can see I was thrilled outta my shoes. I was the only adult dancing...me and a few kids.
Wow...just discovered this guy recently on XM's Bluesville. This dude had some PASSION!! Sorry to hear of his death...absolutely horrible. I will most definitely be purchasing this album.

Actually fitz, CmACKa's comment says it all--the senseless loss of guitar talent to drugs is almost predictable--too sad.
