The video is good. However, the music is too loud relative to the person's voice that it is difficult to understand him at times. I wish people who make such videos would realize that when I am watching such a video, I am more interested in the technical information rather than the music. I can always get the latter on a CD, radio station, or elsewhere. It is a good way to ruin a good, technical video. As the old saying goes, "Just the facts ma'am."
I've owned a handful of 911's, and driven a number of newer ones. I'm a huge fan. I never cared for the Cayenne, but then I got to drive a Cayenne Turbo for the weekend.
It's no 911, but it definitely has pedigree. It's more of an SUV/Rocketship than anything else. It covers ground faster than 90% of the cars on the road, and it's calm and collected if you want it to be. I would definitely buy one, but I will admit that I still would prefer to get a 911 C4 as a winter vehicle... Just t
A thinly veiled attempt (advertisement) to make us think that a Cayenne is really an extension of the true Porsche line.
The footage of the Cayenne pitching and yawing around the corners gives it away though. It has no connection to the other cars described: It's still a German Suburban.
Porsche has way too much talent and heritage to get pigeon-holed into just 911s. Porsche built the first hybrid ever. Porsche also built the first electric 4x4, which is one of the very first ever 4x4s. Porsche engine expertise has also been used to build aircraft engines and Harley engines among others.

Too bad the Suburban can't do 175MPH in 130F temperature for 24 hours.
I own a 911, and would never buy a Cayenne. But that does not change the fact it is a real Porsche product.
