  • @Keith

Was this comment directed to me? My previous comment was directed to toxin014.

  • I'm going to try this. THanks Keith!!!!!

  • I hope it turns out for you!

    Keith

  • I would never use olive oil when making a curry. Its flavour would be to much. I would use a vegetable or ground nut oil. Nice recipe though. Think I'll go make some curry now :-)

  • pure or "light olive oil" is flavorless....

    Keith

  • exactly ... Indian/pakistani will use clarrified butter or Ghea

  • I'm vegan, so I appreciate you doing this for me!! UR Recipe her looks delicious: Yum, Yum!!

  • Curry is my favorite. I always seem to add a little bit more then my husband likes of it. Yep, I know that curry varies: as we were told that @ an India Resturant.

I love carrots, while my husband likes the turnups/parships(?).

It's almost time to make dinner!!

  • With a name like Toxin, I'm not sure you'd know what is good & healthy for someone.

I believe in removing collected toxins from one's body. Detox isn't just from people who drink alcohol & do drugs. For food is laced with toxin's so that they can keep it on the shelves for a 100 years: L.O.L. & not have to worry how soon someone buy's their products.

  • guess you where to afriad to look at my channel or contridict me. you now what all those toxins are in? snack food you know what snack food is made of? not meat i can tell you that. you cannot presevre meat with toxins.

  • I'm not afraid to look @ UR site, I just didn't think it was worth bothering with.

Toxins may not be used to preserve meat, but they are in it.

We aren't allowed legally to have steriod's, however the cows are shot up with it, in order to produce more meat. So, in a round about way, we get steriods through eating meat.

  • of course since bothering with it could disprove your belifs you want to keep your distance. lol you think steriods in cows have the same effect on people? how much more toxins are thier is vegtables and snack food? the cow is thoroughly processed afterwards????????? it doesn't affect us

  • You know nothing about what I think, so I believe it is best that you stop trying.

I have choices to make & my choice is this: I will no-longer talk to you.

So, if you want to talk, you can talk to yourself, or the wall, or your hand, if it talks back to you: L.O.L.

  • I won't argue the virtues or lack thereof of a vegetarian diet, being a meat eater (who has dabbles in vegetarian cuisine) myself, but you'd get your point across much easier if you used proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. I will, however, check out your channel, as you've piqued my curiosity.

  • I'm vegetarian, healthy definitely NOT underweight lol.

I'm studying nutrition & dietetics... and you are 100% wrong. Please get some education before you make such grand statements. Why would you say it's "ungodly bad for you"?? Do you really buy into all the myths about protein, iron, calcium, B vitamins etc? Pleeeease, go RESEARCH, EDUCATE yourself. lol

  • i have done alot of research on this matter and everyone seems to belive that vegitarianism is the pure perfect diet by cutting out a natural food source. to obtain the nutrition you would recieve in meat nessesary you must consume alot more plants than you would meat. meat is less common and more goes into making it. to get perfect porportions od everything eating only vegitation you would need to eat enormous amounts. i remind you that plants are alive too even if they are not intelligent

  • Okay, well I'm doing a negree in nutrition and am vegetarian, and do not need to eat 'enormous' amounts. Something like tofu has much more protein in it, per gram, than meat. It is also easy to get all the amino acids, vitamins and minerals so long as we eat a diet full of variety, but NOT enormous amounts. This is myth and propaganda.

  • not sure what you mean..but thanks for sharing it!

    Keith

  • Was responding to someone saying you can't be healthy as a vegetarian

  • gotcha..many meat eaters blab about that...they dont realize the amount of protein for instance in things like lentils and beans etc..

    Keith

  • for protein use fanny batter or man fat

  • O_O holy that's a lot of salt!

  • He should add the salt absolutely last. That will make it cook quicker on a low heat and not scorch the veggies.

  • would you like some curry with your salt sir?

  • wayyyyy too much salt.

  • From where u get curry powder ?

  • he put way too much salt on that dish

  • Top notch once again thanks Keith!

  • GOOD ONE, Chef Snow.

I am glad that you pointed out a very true, but poorly-known fact point about "curry"---that it is used to describe a wide variety of spiced dishes.

  • looks good
