I think the guy at the end will look back and hopefully conclude that his response was misplaced. But, like that say , you can't please all of the people all of the time and if the response were positive in all instances it would counter the ying and yang of the world we live in and ultimately would be uninspiring for all concerned. Great job tho, you guys are fantastic.
