boots first on rampage?

you get +50 movespeed from boots, level 1 might of the herd gives you 3% of your ms in damage. thats 1,5 damage for 500g, yay! :P

even if you max might of the herd out you still only gain 12% = 6 damage from boots. easy maths, please do it before you make a whole youtube video about it :P

@Smartis1985 No, as Dev I believe you shouldn't get Marchers early game.

Get abit of Regen, because all you'll be doing is last hitting, denying and waiting back for the Hook kill.

Actually Pharaoh can alose benefit from marchers, i rarly get it as first item but if you use hellfire and you have more movement than your opponent you will be able to gank him quite easily early on.

taking marchers depends on your hero and skill with that hero, for example: as demented i take marchers when im not mid (otherwise it would be a bottle and wards(from a ally)) so i pick the skill heal and slow, and mostly that slow is enough combined with my extra speed to do enough dmg for a kill. I suggest the same for some weak heroes

Oh damn, I feel so silly now. You already mentioned Swiftblade+marchers.

Swiftblade is probably the only hero that benefits from marchers as first item simply because of his Blade Frenzy skill and because other players rarely buy marchers as their first item, so he can easily chase them and deal full damage with his skill.
