I just noticed that you can as well use throwing knives to smash the button. I somehow prefer this, since it saves you a lot of elevator time and throwing knives are otherwise mostly useless anyway.

It likes to switch and make me double tap the up arrow as opposed to just pressing and holding it.

The hint would be the guy in the tent who tells you it's weak to the staff combined with the fact that none of your weapons damage it. The game expects you to put it together from this.

It took me two hours to master the grapple claw... On this part... TWO HOURS WITHOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN JUMPING, FALLING, TRYING AGAIN...

it's a real pain in the ass when you realize that you have to let go of the wall before you press the direction instead of the other way around. Took me about 5000 tries on this to get that. -_-

I got to the chest that you get the serpent staff from, but I forgot to open the chest lol! So I had to redo that part after I opened the chest. Great game and vid though.

You should hav stood on the switch itself and used the Throwing Knife instead of the shurikens to destroy that switch
