Anyone watching: the Russian is translated in the subtitles (make sure you have them enabled - lower right of the player) and there is an annotation to explain what they are referencing when they are speaking in Russian. Click it to watch the related video.

Just by claiming that there are subtitles, doesnt make them pop onto my screen. So instead of the whole,

Well why don't you actually try to enable the subtitles on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
A menu will pop up and there will be an option that says "CC" (which means "closed captioning"). That option should be in gray, indicating that it is NOT enabled. Click it, and it should turn red, which indicates it IS enabled, and the subtitles will appear.
I hope that these instructions on how to use an easy-to-use feature will help you in understanding that you jump to conclusions too much.
