One thing is that you should have stretched your legs towards the ground once the Omoplata is locked up. It'd force the opponent to take his head and attacked shoulder to the ground what would decrease the amplitude of his arm and torso. Then you may go to the final part of the movement with a less use of strength. I mean, just adding. Thanks for the video.
