AMC did a great job where GH didn't. They could have had these scenes on GH, but for whatever reason, decided not to. AMC or GH, it's good Robin and Anna were reunited.
@LAtvFan as an AMC fan, let me also agree with you. For as much as I loved Anna, even I can't deny her character's primary history belongs at the same soap which spearheaded classic characters like Anna under the visionary Gloria Monty. Clearly this reunion fell a little short by being a simple two member story arc whereas GH could spend at most an entire week knowing all of Anna's connections in Port Charles
@LAtvFan agreed, but I was reading some AMC boards at the time, and though they didn't care about Anna, they were moved by these scenes and really impressed by Kim as well as Finola. It was a turning point for Anna on the show.
Geez, how many times does Robin need to lose and get her parents??? Poor girl! And, why wasn't this on GH - I would have loved it!!!

I was always so glad that Anna, Robin and Robert were never recasted or anything...they make such a cute family unit, drama aside..LOL

What a shame this occurred on AMC... those fans don't care about these characters like the old time GH fans.
