What about thermal visors, and all other visionary equipment that detect materials/objects e.t.c. The human body is very easy to detect so anyone dreaming of using this "thing" in person without being detected, can forget about it. Not to mention light.

Would this be affordable to the public when it comes out or would it only be available to military and law enforcement types? I'm an avid hunter. Also, at what range would your invisibility begin? What I mean is, how close can you get to someone before they see that something is there?

I do think it's pretty cool though! Can't wait to "see" it!

@redryder416 using it on military black ops would be the next step... using it on police could be of use... using it on hunters could be of use to them to cuz some hunters only hunt animals that are to many so i dont see why cloaking wouldnt help and overall i wouldnt mind it in the public so yeah.

Which ultimately the defense contractors, the military, law enforcement, high-roller celebrities etc etc will end up using...

humans are greedy... I rather u invent it and rob a bank then invent it and make the word chase after you with billions of dollars only to use it for even worst purposes.

I cannot invest as I am only 16 living with my parents, but it sounds like you are really serious about this and have the potential to make millions.

Also, I would use this technology to hide if in trouble/ fool people/ and other things. (dunno what there are WAY TOO MANY POSSIBILITIES!)

Hollywood exaggerates the idea of invisibility in these clips. but if you were to wear my ott-o-veil, you would be invisible to onlookers and cameras. the ott-o-veil would be able to turn off to reveal yourself.

obviously INSIDE the ott-o-veil, you would not be invisible to yourself.

well if i give up any of my design to the public before my patent is granted, i will not own the rights to it and all my work will be for nothing.

as the personal version: it is a suit you can wear that make others around you unable to see you with their eyes or cameras.

in the vehicle version, the vehicle wears the customized suit tailored for its shape.
