  • Is there a PDF version

  • If someone lures me to their own method by using some other brand name, they loose my trust, sorry.

  • we devote our entire business to helping people, our website has dozens of free educational videos, articles and more. If there is valuable information missing and we think people can benefit from it, we are going to tell them about it. If you want to call that "luring" you're missing the big picture here.

  • I fully intend to take the Gokale Wellness Center's class when they come to Seattle in the Spring of 2010. Esther Gokale is really on to something. Don't sell yourself short by discounting this helpful manual for the restoration of spinal health. My experience with it is that once I get my spine in it's intended position and support that position I am pain free for the first time in over a decade!

  • The Gokale method re-educates us to the proper structure and function of the human spine and teaches us how to restore spinal health through postural correction in laying, sitting, walking and standing. (p.s. I have two congenital spinal deformities, incl. scoliosis, and I have had marvelous success working with this book and with the Gokale Wellness staff.) I fully intend to take their class when they come to Seattle in the Spring of 2010.

  • It's much more about reintroducing correct spinal function and structure into our daily lives. Once that is achieved a wide variety of ancillary problems are taken care of. The human skeleton has basic structure and function as it's designed. Unfortunately the modern (esp American) environment and fashion encourages and even forces us to misuse and misalign our spines as a matter of daily living. [Examp: slouch couches, sling baby strollers, slouching car seats].

  • Having struggled with back pain my entire life I recently spent a long weekend at the Gokale Wellness Center getting up close and personal with the precepts in this book. I've already owned it for a year and had great success in reducing back pain by using the stretchlaying exercise. In my experience the reason the exercises are all the same is this is not about trigger points or muscles.
