You only need to do the fuzz in projects district to get the kobras and unlimited pistol ammo. (I've shot down 20 tornados in 12 minutes with my kobras)

This is why you don't need cheats for this game, they give you unlimited ammo for some guns, unlimited respect once you get 99 bars, and faster health regeneration, so cheats arent needed lol.
