against the Covenant Plasma weapons? she'd do fine. in-game Samus would be damaged by them but not to a severe degree.
if it's the "full strength" Samus her story depicts her as, only the high powered weapon might have a chance, like the aforementioned (right word?) Spartan laser. as even plasma isn't supposedly strong enough to hurt her (SA-X and Manga reference).
About half of MC's weaponry is Earth stuff. Bullets couldn't pierce Samus' armor, but Samus' projectiles, being made of energy, could hurt MC. The only way MC stands a shred of a chance of winning is if he used only alien weapons, which he may not even have access to in a Samus vs MC fight.
I am a huge halo fan HUGE, but really samus would win this one. Way more advanced armour and weaponry.

It's debatable. Although Samus has much more shielding, Chief's shields recharge after 5 seconds of being free from damage, whereas Samus's shields need to be charged with power cores. The main problem is that we can only guess how effective bullets and rocket launcher shots are against Samus's shielding, as well as the effectiveness of Samus's weaponry against Chief's shields. We also haven't seen exactly how strong and agile Chief truly is, or more precisely, his physical limits.
Shielding wise. true master chief recharges, but Samus doesn't have to let up on firing to reload or wait from overheating.
I won't cover weapons.. mainly due to the VAST ammounts of text I need to use to give some examples that may give an idea to how well they could handle eachothers weapons. I've actually gone into deep discusion with people about this in my spare time.

This was so fun to make. It took so much effort and loud techno just to stay on task. It took myself and two others under five days to create a "plot", learn to use flash, create the animations, and then edit it. I would have liked it to come out better but wucha' gunna' do? O and if u dont believe that I was a part of this just compair my user name th the credits.

We had done every single animation and all that and all we had to do was copy and paste and place random animations to make a battle scene. well. we had about 3 hours to actually do the battle scene. hugly dissapointing, 1 week is not nearly enough time I wish I could of took the animations from the film school and work from there. make like a 8 minute video with a huge battle. the last night we worked till 7 in the morning
reason i am not the uploader for the video is because I made it at a film school thing and we did it in a week. there are many bugs and glitches but. its pretty good for a week and we still had to learn the program

Better vareity? horribly hindered by the fact he can only carry 2-3 guns, and a total of 8 grenades and 1 additional piece of equipment.
Samus has been known to hold 255-305 missiles, over 50 powerbomb (better than his wimpy grenades) and infinite ammo for all Chozo made beam weapons.
his shields are redicously weak compared too hers.
she had to take out the X-parasite, Ing, and metroids, all of which could be just as harmful as the flood.

it's not so huge in the main story Metroid games. it's it's either like knee high or lower.
along with that, Samus is a foot shorter than Master chief, and the fusion suit she's using in Fusion is even smaller than his armor.
fitting in the holes is one thing, activating the "bomb slots" and "rotation locks" that only work when a orb is inserted into them, is another.

Halos story is awesome, its been called the most epic game of all time. Master Chief would freaking kill Samus because she sucks! And the gameplay is not repetitive. Metroids gameplay is so freaking boring! Oh and while your friend Samus is trying to superbomb Master Chief would trhow a plasma grenade onto that retard and I know you will say "She has shields" Well so does master Chief and while Samus's shields are down from the grenade explosion she would be killed by the Assalt gun

if damage is relative, it would take over a dozen grenades to bring Samus' shield down to a level were she could/should start being concerned.

Except Samus shield are equal to an over shield in Halo and she has about 20 of them. It might take out a 1/4 of a tank but that's about it. His shield are crap

Spartan Laser, perhaps the Gauss warthog cannon, the rocket launcher, or missile pod.
against the Covenant Plasma weapons? she'd do fine. in-game Samus would be damaged by them but not to a severe degree.
if it's the "full strength" Samus her story depicts her as, only the high powered weapon might have a chance, like the aforementioned (right word?) Spartan laser. as even plasma isn't supposedly strong enough to hurt her (SA-X and Manga reference).

About half of MC's weaponry is Earth stuff. Bullets couldn't pierce Samus' armor, but Samus' projectiles, being made of energy, could hurt MC. The only way MC stands a shred of a chance of winning is if he used only alien weapons, which he may not even have access to in a Samus vs MC fight.

really im not on anybodys side right now but samus does have by far more advanced technology and still has other weapons besides projectiles.master chief on the other hand mostly uses projectile weapons which of corse run out of ammo,also have you ever seen M.C. solve so many bizzare puzzles? i dont think so,plus chief has alot less energy than samus which is also a problem for him.basically im saying there's about a 70% chance that samus would win but the're in completely different time zones

It's debatable. Although Samus has much more shielding, Chief's shields recharge after 5 seconds of being free from damage, whereas Samus's shields need to be charged with power cores. The main problem is that we can only guess how effective bullets and rocket launcher shots are against Samus's shielding, as well as the effectiveness of Samus's weaponry against Chief's shields. We also haven't seen exactly how strong and agile Chief truly is, or more precisely, his physical limits.

Shielding wise. true master chief recharges, but Samus doesn't have to let up on firing to reload or wait from overheating.
I won't cover weapons.. mainly due to the VAST ammounts of text I need to use to give some examples that may give an idea to how well they could handle eachothers weapons. I've actually gone into deep discusion with people about this in my spare time.
his physical abilities were well presented in the halo novels, though the issue is the Same with Samus.

but does Chief have a infinite supply of energy and in a way ammo. Master Chief has a shield, but Samus has that, and multiple energy tanks, plus that is just what runs the suit, which she wouldn't look conpletely unshown from the world without. Ever Bungie tell us that Chief is not very easy on the eyes. Plus, has Chief ever held and withstood a celestial force stronger than an atom bomb. Or has Chief ever destroyed an entire army and planet unarmed. So the space pirate aren't an army.Both kwl.

This was so fun to make. It took so much effort and loud techno just to stay on task. It took myself and two others under five days to create a "plot", learn to use flash, create the animations, and then edit it. I would have liked it to come out better but wucha' gunna' do? O and if u dont believe that I was a part of this just compair my user name th the credits.

lol It could of been. we were defifinetly dissapointed with the result. We had done every single animation and all that and all we had to do was copy and paste and place random animations to make a battle scene. well. we had about 3 hours to actually do the battle scene. hugly dissapointing, 1 week is not nearly enough time I wish I could of took the animations from the film school and work from there. make like a 8 minute video with a huge battle. the last night we worked till 7 in the morning
