Why can't anyone take a movie as a movie and not compare it to what it's based after? It makes watching the movie a little more enjoyable. When I watch a movie based off a book or game, I completely forget everything about the book/game.
First of all, zombies can't talk. Second, they aren't that fast. But, what do you expect from this movie - Uwe Boll was the director (author of Tunnel Rats, Alone in the Dark, BloodRayne, Blackwoods, Seed). The acting was more than horrible, visual effects - No Comments!!!
It wasn't the gay fake looking zombie with the scars that created the other zombies. It was Dr. Curien, who becomes the shiny guy and the last boss in the third game.

In the mario film they made bowser a fucking dinosaur. WTF? and the alone in the dark film had nothing in common with the game except the main character had the same name.

@TheRise24 well there making a warcraft movie, and hopefully it'll have lore and backstory not just mindless shitty plot. same with halo, if thats ever made.
@AKenjiB lol Well, even the video game SUCKS, Alone In The Dark was good, but it's more like Alien with Doom(great movies but the Demons in the movie look too much like Xenomorphs) Mario film was a Series lol I have Vol. 1, and I heard they are making a Halo: The Movie, and I thought BioShock movie was just a rumor... 0.0
When you say alone in the dark was good, do you mean the games or the movies? Because I liked the games, but the movie was by far one of the worst films that I've ever seen. Atrocious acting, crappy special effects, the plotholes, the overstyled action scenes with the bad rock music, way too much slow motion, and probably the most unerotic sex scene that I've ever seen.
as for the movie? it sucked balls. i mean uwe boll what can we expect ya know? lol. luckily for me and my friends whitey was the first one to see it and he told sticky, me, and the gang that it was trash so we all saved our money and just watched it on cable and oh man was it a piece of shit. i also saw alone in the dark and it was just as bad. didnt see blood rayne, but i heard it was crap to. everything he does is crap. lol
not as good as the first B movie reviewer. I told you that in order to make this work you NEED to let your frustrations show clear as day and be angry. channel the feeling you felt when you made the first one about The Cook. That one was VERY funny and matched the merrit to be part of the B movie reviewer. this one sounds like your trying too hard to be professional yet funny in the B movie fasion which doesnt fly compared to the last ones.

the sequel, House of the Dead 2 was actually good. But I agree the original film is awful.
