  • This is the worst shit i have ever seen, You have absolutely no cooking technique. you prepared the bread so wrong and your Bruschetta had way to much liquid in it and looked really slimy. The liquid you should use is lemon juice or a heavy Citric-Adid, this has 2 properties Flavoring and keeping the tomatoes fresh as a preservative. when tomatoes are cut that fine they wilt amazingly fast and just olive oil will not do the trick.

    This was terrible.

  • Another thing to do is to put a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on the bread before you put it in the oven. The cheese just gives it an extra flavor

As an Asian girl, I've been a lifelong vegetarian and have some pretty awesome Indian dishes under my belt, but I've just recently delved into Italian and Mexican cooking.  Giving 'him' options is easier on the relationship. :) Love your channel!

  • without garlic?rub a clove on the toasted bread and use red onion instead of a normal one.cherry tomatoes are a little sweeter and seem to go better on brushetta.a little dried oregano is also nice and top it of with a small amount of mozzarella.oh i always use ciabatta bread.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm im of to the kitchen right now

  • i would have sliced the bread at an angle, it maakes for nicer presntation and gives more surface for the bruchetta

  • Jack, try to rub garlic on bread after browned it... belive me. In italy we do this, and rub also a little bit of tomato (just a bit) on bread.

  • I usually prepare the topping, put it on and then brown it. I like it warm

  • The real one is made with garlic. You gotta rub it onto the loaf before or after grilling it in the oven and you also don't use onions.

    One thing i alway do with bruschetta, i take fresh mozzeralla, and put 1 about 1/2 inch slice on the bread. So good.

  • I like the olive oil in a plate idea. I use green onion and tomato and mix it with Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese.

  • Something nice for you to know. We have over 300 kinds of breed and over 1200 kinds of diffrend baked pastries in germany. based on regional tastes you can get other things at bakerys. I recomend you "berliner" or doughnut its filed with marmelade mostly strawberry or apricot

  • I tryed this today, i make it with red onions ,fresh basil from my garden ,oregano and balsamico vinigar. I didnt have withe bread or garlic at home i used good german rye bread ;) rosted the way you do it was very tasty.

  • Hey jack, thanks for writing the recipie down. in my culinary class i actually used this recipie as a plate presentation and my teacher LOVED it! garnished with a ring of EV-olive oil and a full basil leaf and it was great. it was actually the first time i tried it too and it was delicious, well thanks again and keep up the great videos!

  • I don't have a lisp. I usually enunciate each word. I did radio for 7 years and lisp would have been the death of me. LOL

  • It isn't a lisp, I think his lavalier might be mounted a bit too high and is clipping ever so slightly.

  • go to Merriam-webster(dot)com and look up bruschetta. there is an audio pronunciation. this is how I say it. Each country probably says it differently.

  • I am Christian. I love God and going to church. It's a cool looking cross, too. I got it in Vegas. I haven't seen anything like this one. Kind of artsy. I also am a BIG Christian Rock fan. Bands like 12 stones, Days of Fire, The Showdown.

    Not to be particular but omelets aren't vegetarian. Anything that falls under the meat section is a meat product and eggs fall under that one.

  • this is a great idea. I didn't even use the cheese. Some bruschetta has tiny cubed feta or mozzarella cheese.
