Grace is so fricking manipulative - telling Glyn her sob story so that he'll feel guilty and step down for her. I still cannot believe that there were so many people out there slating Aisleyne for being manipulative (when she blatantly wasn't).

Also, I agree - Lisa was an aggressive little troll whose only way of communicating was either shouting and swearing or stomping around like some modern-day cavewoman.
