Lol, simple science solves this...

WHats happening is the rods and cone cells of your eyes are adjusting to a 'color stimuli', in other words when you stare at the middle of that picture it warps your sight....your sorta colorblind...now when it shows black and white your eyes just saw a picture that was colored.. your eyes cant just go from one stimuli to another..so your brain already knows what color grass,a castle,and the sky is so it projects it

Actually you can just find an image on google, and use MS paint and use the 'negative color' affect on the picture then try to find the exact middle of it...then paint a small dot there...

for anyone who doesnt get the illusion.. normally the castle is black and white when it switches, but if u stare at the center before it switches, you see the castle with full colors even though it really isnt colored

its because you caught a glimpse of the negative...all it takes is a split second of the negative and your eyes will see color..
