I live in NY the city and I've only been outside of it only a hand full o f times, and the weather conditions barely effects order around here. Take the storm of 96, I was up to my chest in snow AND I still went to school. Best school day ever by the way. Student population: nine; seriously. I love oatmeal cookies to death btw. Specially the gaint ones with rasins. Just so you know people ask me if I'm from the city too, high fives you because your not alone.

Yes, i also am from Canada. northern Alberta Even! once we go so much snow when i opened the garage door, we could not back the car out, cause there was like 3 feet of snow in one night. everyone was late, but we still had to go to class. i actually had to get a shovel and dig myself out of my own house. it was pretty horrible. and wet. and really hard to drive.
