Oh my god... AWESOME game!

I am not typically one to do this... but... MEMORIES! This was one of my very first videogames.

This was the first game to actually amaze me as a kid. I played Crash and Mario, but it was nothing compared to this game.

But the sequels were TERRIBLE!!! I'll barf if I have to play Ratchet & Cla-I mean... Jak 2 again.

The entire series is my favorite. the New one, The Lost Frontier, is just as good as the other ones, but the graphics are bit different, and its a little more complicated. I appreciate it like the other games, though.

Because originally the sequel to TPL wasnt going to have the plot II and 3 had. It was going to remain in the past, but the market trend changed, So they changed the story. I read that somewhere.

Jak never speaks in this game, Daxter works as his 'voice' so he has to talk for the two of them. Jak starts talking in Jak 2 for the first time, and Daxter makes a funny remark or two about it.

When Jak starts talking, Daxter becomes more of a side-character, but also gets his own persona. In this game, Daxter is part of your character, almost the main character as he is the one who dropped into Dark Eco, Jak 2 onwards Daxter's someone who just hangs in there, mostly.
