well i don't really believe that at all. i don't believe it was the gear. look what it does to a person (hey i'm a musician i've seen plenty) they play like shit on the gear and it's usually sayonara to their career. no. i think it's the combo of rowland (he wrote half their first album remember), being young and exploring craziness. my stuff's toned down a lot to the past. i think it's become a: a business (he's got bills too) and b: age changing perspectives. tastes change too for some.
