  • @PapiCee I'd have to agree!

  • The judge rules!

  • Oh, yeah, no clue how the Judge's show got canceled... nah...

  • Judge nap for VP!!!

  • @tinfoilhatronpaul you are completely mistaken in your assessment of ron Paul supporters as we tend to be aware of facts about a range of issues including less savory ones and these days you are a conspiracy theorist who hates Israel for knowing about fast and furious or the ndaa or illegal wars or first second fourth and tenth amendment violations that accure on a daily basis if u think we have a loving caring government who does no wrong you have to be on drugs the government ships or approves

  • @me4areazon, it's hard to distinguish between real anti-semites & people with legitimate grievances against Israel because often times they make the same arguments- so it's difficult to tell who's just trying to hide their bigotry behind a socially acceptable veneer.

I'm not happy about the abuses either, but I'm practical. I choose the lesser of two evils. Another type Paul attracts are Constitutional fundamentalists who embrace a very rigid & antiquated interpretation of the Constitution.

  • @TinFoilHatRonPaul Yeah, the constitution before they added 16th and 17th amendments ;-)

  • @TinFoilHatRonPaul What about the constitution do you not like? And there's nothing anti-semetic about thinking Israel is more trouble than they're worth for us to get involved with. Free market capitalism would work very well. What would you prefer?

  • Ron Paul attracts nothing but anti-semites, conspiracy theorists, the politically misinformed, the formerly politically apathetic, the politically desperate, and unreasonable libertarian anarcho-Capitalists.

If Anything, Napolitano could be a contender for Paul's potential running mate...along with David Icke & Alex Jones!

They could hunt down UFO's, Aliens, Masons ( which are just boyscouts for grownups), Jews, Reptilian Humanoids, and the FED together. Good ol' fashioned lynching party!

  • @TinFoilHatRonPaul right because this country has been doing so good with bush or obama no we want somebody that is for us not them selves and thats all we have had most my life

  • @tnerb830, I'm practical enough to just vote for the lesser of two evils, instead of taking a gamble on some potentially dangerous libertarian ideologue. Unlike every other Republican, what makes Ron Paul truly dangerous is that he actually believes in this free market fundamentalist nonsense that most Republicans just PRETEND to embrace while actually implementing corporatism.

I'm not happy about Obama, but at least I can appreciate the lesser of two evils when I see it.

  • @TinFoilHatRonPaul And Nuke the Gay Unborn Whales!

  • Right On Judge!!!!

  • Ron Paul 2012!!

  • 1:49 for epic poster

  • I'm RACIST for criticizing Obama.

TERRORIST because I'm not with Bush.

ANTISEMITIC for not supporting Rothschild Zionism.

    TEABAGGER for supporting the Constitution.

    TRUTH-ER for asking unanswered questions.

TRAITOR for whistle-blowing on my corrupt Government.

CONSPIRACY THEORIST for presenting documented facts.

TROLL for uploading news, videos, quotes and U.S.Atrocities.

ANTI-AMERICAN for supporting Constitutionalists like Dr. Ron Paul.

    RON PAUL 2012!

  • @WeThePeopleVStheNWO tell em how it is you go

  • does anyone else find it funny how they tried to pin the occupy movement against the tea party? both groups have a common thread. that's dr ron paul. rp2012! patriots unite!

  • End the only progressive tax??? What a fucking tool!

  • while he may be right, real news anchors dont give their opinion... but america has long forgotten that lol

  • @Mediumchild I think you fail to understand the difference between news and political commentary, the latter of which is solely opinion. The judge is a political commentator not a news anchor.

  • @darksion09 well the program here doesnt really point it out does it and if I am from Europe, how am I supposed to know the show, we dont have political commentator shows like that, people make up their own minds.

  • Lack of capitalism? Way I remember it it was the complete lack of any regulations on the banks due to ayn randist fanatics running the fed and influencing reagan and every president since which caused the recession, not big government or too little capitalism

  • @arru23

    You remember it wrong.

  • Ron Paul 2012!! Restore America Now!! Freedom, Prosperity and Peace for All!!

  • Ron Paul-Andrew Napolitano 2012

  • "You're not poor because of capitalism, you're poor because of the LACK of capitalism..." WOW!!! So true.

  • Judge Napolitano for vice Pres. Only Ron Paul for Pres.

  • The Doctor/The Judge 2012

  • @911SMOM I agree we need a Paul/Napolitano presidency, and Rand needs to keep things going in the senate. Sorry but Jesse needs to keep us entertained and informed, lol.

  • He's right of course.. The current state of federal regulation creates a nightmare for small business and a safer environment for big business.. Therein lies the problem..

  • @ModKillr aka Fascism =) a marriage between corporate and state. mmm I can smell it in the air.

    RON PAUL 2012 =D

  • Well said.

  • I agree with the Judge wholeheartedly and I'd like to shake his hand. The thing he doesn't understand is that there are many Occupy protesters that also would agree with him completely! The corporate leaders and corrupt bankers who have tripled their salaries in the past few years have benefited as a RESULT of the mishandling of our funds. These are the 10% who are lobbying politicians to keep things going the way they are. Corporatism has replaced capitalism. Vote Ron Paul 2012 Just do it!

  • I registered republican today so I can vote for Ron Paul in the primaries. Since I used to be a libertarian, I call myself a gold republican. Now it's your turn!

  • it's not enough to say "Vote Ron Paul"

PEOPLE NEED TO SWITCH PARTIES 12 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE PRIMARIES IN MOST STATES.

IF YOU DO NOT SWITCH IN TIME YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED REPUBLICAN YOU CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARY.

IF RON PAUL DOES NOT WIN PRIMARY, NO GENERAL ELECTION ! REGISTER AS A REPUBLICAN. FIND OUT WHEN YOUR STATE HAS PRIMARIES. FIND OUT WHERE AND VOTE VOTE VOTE ! PLEASE !

WE NEED EVERY LAST VOTE ! Copy and paste this everywhere

  • Holy SHIT!!! I think I may start having faith in Fox News again?

  • @jawara105 no. just the judge. lol

    seriously

    ignore the rest of it.

  • What do we see in Ron Paul? adherence to constitutional principles of limited gov., fiscal responsibility, national sovereignty, individual liberty, strong defense, an audit of the federal reserve, & traditional foreign policy of avoiding foreign entanglements, we can resume the truth that "all men are created equal", "endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness..." It won't be easy, so help Restore America 2012 Ron Paul for President

  • Ron Paul for President, Dennis Kucinich for Vice President, Napolitano for Supreme Court Justice, Ralph Nader for Treasurer, Gary Johnson for Secretary of State... and Romney as ambassador to Afghanistan.

    Is this fair?

  • @dreamingWisdom Gingritch as ambassdor to Iran

  • The judge never blinks.

  • NATIONALISM IS THE REAL CULPRIT. Any nation that tries to outshine and compete with other nations around the world will just end up overtaxing it's land, natural resources, and it's people to the brink of collapse into a revolution! Each nation should just focus on helping it's people and nothing more!

  • ummm...there's only one republican candidate that voted against the Iraq war, so I guess you're talking about... Ron Paul 2012!

  • well this guys has some good ideas but he is totatlly vs gov. we need government up to a point, IMHO income tax is also needed as it pays the public sector (libraries, schools,cops,firefighters,etc.).

  • @jamz3243

    Privatise them.

  • @Samsgarden right so if you can afford college out of pocket then you can go, other wise, you are screwed. I believe you need to be nominated for either the most selfish person award or the most out of this world.

  • @jamz3243

No, people can take out loans. Why should the tax payer fund it?

You just don't understand that government creates inflation, which necessitates welfare and subsidies. Plus states should be dealing in tax law, not the federal government.

Do some research on how much your purchasing power has decreased since the early 20th C and tell me how selfish I am again. The country has been robbed personal wealth.

  • @Samsgarden right students should just borrow 35,000 dollars when they get paid 8 - 12 dollars an hour. Right I see another problem here, remember that problem with the real estate bubble? where people took loans that they could pay back? I know that this will happen if you just privatize school. some people today can not afford to take their child to private school where they charge 300 dollars a month and then also be able to send their kid to a private highschool for 500 dollars a month...

  • ... and THEN be able to afford anywhere between 1,500 dollars up to 50,000 dollars per semester. people will go bankrupt and then guess what? the kids of these parents will eventually have to drop school to catch up with what they paid for, and I almost guarantee that 30-70% of the america's students will end up dropping out between middle and high school. Loans, private banks, over spending on all sectors (private, public, foreign, domestic) these create your inflation

  • @Samsgarden (man still at this huh?) I did some research, when I was in grade school, 8 years ago about inflation. The thing that contributed to the great depression and what almost cause another one recently was that banks were "loaning" people so much money that the people could not pay back and then the bank actually didn't have all that money that they loaned out, which caused people to lose their homes, stocks to fall, buissness to close shop and our whole country to collapse financially.

  • @Samsgarden Perhaps you need to actually think about how loans and what not from your silver spoon will affect the rest of the country should you not be able to pay it back. btw, I do know how much the dollar has been depreciated, but that is because more money has been borrowed to ppl and the ppl haven't been able to pay back. may be I should give you the name of my grade school so you can visit and inquire my old teachers day as I'm sure they will be able to explain it to you more concisely.

  • @jamz3243

    $US1.00 in 1913 = $US0.0454 in 2010

Inflation is an invisible tax. Tell me why you rely on a government to prop education, welfare and medical care, when the same government has reduced your purchasing power by over 2000% since the inception of the federal reserve?

Don't you think the people would be wealthier if their standard of living wasn't deliberately sabotaged by the government?

  • @Samsgarden inflation an invisible tax? please tell me how you see that. As I said in one of my five or so replies, I know how depreciated our dollar has become and I also explain why that happened. social services are essential to the well being of everyone, why if you can afford privatized school can you also afford your own police, fire department, library, water, electricity (sort of), gas, etc. there are swindling private crops. that thought they could earn extra money by allowing us...

  • @jamz3243

Inflation allows governments to create vast amounts of new money, usually to increase and maintain the size and scope of government through military intervention and welfare spending -amongst other things. Inflation is similar to a regressive tax because it dilutes the value of the dollar thereby increasing the cost of living.

Rather than physically usurping your wealth -which a tax does, The Fed have control over the net worth of your earnings and purchasing power.

  • @Samsgarden no, inflation is a product of having more money in the us economy than there is gold/silver/etc backing it up. seriously, I'll give you the name of my grade school so you can ask. The government does use the same money and while that aids (.001%) to inflation; unpaid loans/taxes/debts contribute (110%), so which do you think really needs to be moderated or cut? The fed has about as much control over the worth of the dollar as you have control over how the moon rotates around earth.

  • @jamz3243

Fiat money is not backed by anything but the govt's word. The govt's $15 trillion debt or 60 odd trillion in unfunded obligations is not caused by inflation-I'm not saying that, but the relentless credit creation will continue to make the US dollar almost worthless. Through that-you pay.

Your last comment on the Fed borders on retarded. The Fed have everything to do with monetary policy, inflation, the bail outs, fractional reserve banking and facilitating govt spending

  • @Samsgarden no, it's not back up but anything but the us mint and the banks word based on the promise the a person or corp make between that bank to borrow so much money. Bush sr. and Jr. were actually in charge of that. My last comment does make sense because if what you saying is true then America is has socialist economy and with socialism, communism tends to follow, due to greed. we the people decide on the bail outs, we the people caused inflation by borrowing what we can't pay.

  • @jamz3243

You don't know what you're talking about. American currency is backed by the Fereral reserve, not 'the mint'

The bubble was caused by 'people'-yes but their motives weren't disingenuous, they wanted a house. The incentive was backed by govt and the mortgage market was encouraged to take risks. This my friend has nothing to do with laissez faire & much to do with socialism -The prevailing American ,European and Australian systems. Incidentally, printing served the banks, not us

  • @Samsgarden if I nod't konw waht I'm tlaknig abuot, then do you konw waht yuor tlaknig abuot? (obvious troll). ppl didn't buy homes they couldn't afford because they needed a home, they did so because the banks allowed them. letting them buy these homes wasn't an incentive, it was dirty politics and agendas. lasissez faire was my showing that the government did not infact start that bubble nor with inflation. if america is using the socialist then why does bill gates make more than me?

  • @Samsgarden to continue how much power the fed has over money, we have a free Enterprise and our gov. uses the lazie faire to control the money in the us economy, which means hands off! 80% of the common people affect the world's (never mind just the us) economy and the other 15% is private corps while the rest is gov. spending.

  • @Samsgarden ... the people to borrow money we couldn't pay back. While income tax is something that needs to be reviewed paying taxes in general hasn't caused america's dollar to fall as bad as it has; hence it's called sharing the wealth for a reason not keep my money and try to cheat other people from their money by charging them a large interest fee. people would be wealthier if everyone's spending would become more moderated in general not by eliminating one faction or another.

  • @jamz3243

Sounds wonderful but you still don't get it.

Interest rates are currently low, I think 0-0.25%

Who's going to moderate people's spending? I ask you, who created favourable conditions for reckless spending in the first place? -Certainly not the market.

Income tax is simply an act of force and the bulk of it goes into paying bureaucrats salaries, useless departmentalisation, lobbyists and special interest groups who infringe upon your rights. Frankly, the market could perform better.

  • @Samsgarden you think? well interest is only a part of that, how can you borrow 200,000 bucks to buy a house when you only make 35,000? when you have a family of four? that causes that family to get foreclosed and adds to the deficit and because banks are doing this to many people they are eventually forced to print out and create more money which also adds to inflation. you already know my stance on income tax, it might need to be looked at.

  • @jamz3243

You mentioned 'high interest' before-go back. Currently, interest rates are low -again, dictated by The Fed.

But you repeatedly miss the point. Is that wilful? It was government policy that caused the housing bubble, low interest, insuring risk, CDS's, sub prime lending, TARP etc. In another post, you mention laissez faire markets but they do not exist and neither did they create America's debt problems -it was govt. Yet you still praise central planning. i.e. moderating

    B

  • @jamz3243 Those are all paid for by state taxes. There are 6 or 7 states that have no income tax. It is possible.

  • @PatriotGoUSA well if it is then good on yeah mate.

  • Income tax, business tax, property tax, school tax, sales tax, fuel tax, commumications tax, and the list goes on and on...we are being taxed to death and protesters are against capitalism? WTF...out of every dollar you earn where do you think the money goes...to a corporation? No, to the government which spends money...they don't make anything!

  • These people need to arm themselves.

Only then will they be treated seriously.

  • I don't know who he is, but whenever I hear him talk I agree with him. We need more news reporters like this.

  • Comment removed

  • @rbaird83 judge andrew napolitano is the man

  • @rbaird83 He is Judge Napolitano.

  • @rbaird83 He is Judge Andrew Napolitano.

  • @rbaird83: That's Andrew Napolitano, who hosts "Freedom Watch" on Fox Business. Funny how Fox NEWS has some of the most insane right-wingers out there, but Fox BUSINESS has some of the most sensible conservatives out there (John Stossel is another good example).

  • @rbaird83 he's still a corporate shill. you are poor because of the top ten percent and other criminals.

  • @hidepuller2008 Clearly you don't follow Andrew Napolitano; he's nothing like 95% of Fox news employees.

  • @032125 what different does that make when 99% of fox staff are ignorant zombies?

  • @hidepuller2008 Any time anyone speaks the truth and is heard, it makes a difference. Feel free to be cynical, but the Judge has obviously reached some people.

  • @rbaird83 Judge Napolitano on Fox Business.

  • @rbaird83 Judge Napolitano :D he is great because he knows the law in and out and because of that he depicts perfectly the stuff that are happening.

  • @rbaird83 He's written, at last count, four books. Andrew Napolitano. Look him up.

  • Ron Paul!!!

  • @txmoto haha I was thinking treasure troll but I see it haha

  • I didn't know Bart Simpson was really a real person...

  • @Marictdude eliminating the income tax would would be the equivalent of a stimulus package every payday more money =more spending = more jobs creating a hand up instead of a hand out which tends to create complacency as far as the rich is it power or wealth reduction that is desired? As far as corrupt bankers they should be put on trail and if found guilty replace non violent inmates with them and seize there assets that's just my opinion

  • @me4areazon excellent opinion

  • Why would ending the income tax help the poor and decrease the power of the rich?

  • Judge Napolitano is the one bright spot on Fox News, and Dylan Ratigan is the one bright spot on MSNBC.

  • first off I hate phone uploads.

second, most of the people on wall-street have no clue about the tax code.

can you blame them, the tax code is full of gimmicks that give tax breaks to certain individuals or corporations.

I'd like to see more educational learning circles at liberty park and less drum circles talking about how bad greed is.

  • Dude needs to use a little more hair gel. Can't slick it back far enough, fat cat?

  • Gosh this guy is aging fast ! Get some hgh from stallone!

  • Improve OVERSIGHT on Corporations, Banks & Wall Street to prevent misbehavior; SEVERELY punish politicians who take bribes & job offers; high tariffs on corporations that move money/services/production overseas, no union busting, REPEAL Corporate Citizenship NOW! No corporate/private ownership of hospitals/prisons, No more war-profiteering. RAISE/ENFORCE taxes on the 1%. Science & the Ethic of Reciprocity, NOT religion should be the center of civil behavior. A better world is possible.

  • well said jugde!!!!! i like the part about pursuing the american dream... however, something tells me, the guy in the crowd, with the blue mohawk, with the machine guns tattoo'd on his head, something tells me he has done little to ensure his piece of the american dream, besides walk in these protests.

  • What about the rest of the BS.

  • Please go back to school and take a course on the history of the United States using OLD texts. LEARN what a republic is. It is a country based upon the rule of law, not mob rule, not a dictator, not a king, and not a few people...but LAW.

    Restore America 2012 RON PAUL

  • This Napolitano seems to push this new idea that "america" is a "Rule of Law" nation. No founders ever said that, lol. Rule of Law is a dictatorship (think about it). Whoever can take over the Supreme Court (the ultimate decider about what law means, the maker of law, the "social justice" people or the other "interpreters" become the dictator.) Why does he push that? Not the real republic?

  • @westchesterny uh, so you want lawlessness?

  • Wow- great stuff!!!

  • I just love this guy--i think he would make a good vice president to Ron Paul

  • @cloudwalker2657 The man is a judge. Make him Attorney General!

  • @PierzStyx He is leaving FAUX he can be Vice Prez. No one is more qualified to run with Ron Paul

  • @egderegor Sure eh could be VP. But it'd be a waste. The VP does literally nothing in the governmental process. As Attorney general he could go out and start the legal repeal of all the unconstitutional moves the government has bad, begin working on getting rid of unconstitutional laws and such. He'd be ideal as legal representative for the Paul Administration when the liberals begin waging legal war on him for trying to get rid of the welfare/warfare state. From AG or Supreme Court, not VP.

  • @cloudwalker2657 He would make a better Supreme court judge.

  • @Aryaba me thinks most here are naive' and don't know who Judge Napolitano is... LOL

  • @granmadave I'm not sure what the meat of your question is but entrepreneurs usually have employees the current amount the government spends is unstable and the real threat to our national security ...they aren't beefing up security for them rather us

  • um... what about the overwhelming majority of people who don't have "entrepreneurial dreams?"

  • @granmadave You can work for those who do....simple

  • What do ya know. It's a "Nein Nein Nein" plan!

  • Judge Napalitano is the best. I hope when Ron Paul is president, he appoints Napalitano to the Supreme Court

  • @greenback001 Ron Paul has mentioned Judge Napolitano as his preferred VP candidate.

  • lolololololololol

  • Romney, Cain, Perry, Newt, Michelle B, ect, ect, ect - do don't agree with the "Judge's Orders" - the ONLY one is Ron Paul! So if you like freedom - and want the gov't off your back you only have one choice.

    Judge's Orders

    1. End the Fed

    2. End the Wars

    3. End the Income Tax

  • @ukemike1 ron Paul was the "before mentioned Republican" but I apologize if you feel like your time was waisted

  • Misleading title for this video. There is no Ron Paul. He isn't even mentioned.

  • @ukemike1 lol me4areazon is right. i thought that was kinda obvious

  • @ukemike1 It was probably a clever way to get the OWS protesters to this video to tell them about Ron Paul's message.

  • @ukemike1 Those are Ron Paul main ideas: end federal reserve, end income tax and end all wars. among many others ideas.
