They do this every season omg for the intro!! They get some random black guy and force him to talk in a really lame ass voice (an accent that is not authentic or native to Toronto at all) and stick him a neighboorhood with a basketball court in the middle of the day when nobody is there and make him hype up the team for the upcoming season.
I would rather have the Coach of the team or the Captain MAKE A PROMISE to make the playoffs that season.
I remember Vince Carter did in 01!

Ok I stand corrected. I was going a bit overboard. But prior seasons it has followed the same pattern.
