A fun activity that I do with my classes is to grow a TickleMe Plant. Search TickleMe Plant and see the only plant that will close its leaves and lower it branches when tickled. My student run to homeroom to tickle their plants.

What a very educational video you've got there, in fact (my own plant fact), did you know that seeds or potato styled plants store starch so that they could use it to develop until it can get it's own energy via photosyntesis?

This is why you find alot of starch in potatoes and other plants that develop that way.
