the reason they can't get married is bc he already has a wife and family lol. that's what i heard, so i don't know. heard he and sokim have a secretive relationship for over 10 years, they couldn't make it public bc he already has a wife. so people know sokim to be Rithy's second wife or should i say "lover". lol. anyways, i luv sokim so i only wish her happiness and hope if she really loves him that he will be good to her.
