I wouldn't write off anyone without, as you say woofam, allowing them time to adjust to another country's culture, climate, style of play etc. Plus of course, he's a young lad.

McGeady has had games against Rangers where he's done very little. Conversely, he's had games against Rangers where he's played out of his skin.
