  • Thanks for sharing with us the correct way of doing the lat pulls. Do you also use the V-Bar? Could you please show us the right way to use it? Also, I do 4 sets for each major muscle part...do you think that's right? Thanks once again, and your input on youtube is much appreciated!!

  • @ohmascular I'm going to ask you to wait on the new THT mate, it's a different way of training. In the meantime I recommended 6-9 sets in the previous version of THT.
