Good video, very informative. I think that it is important that you measure your ingredients, and slide that napkin out for your customer. One suggestion, put the napkin out at the beginning of the video, like a customer just sat down at your bar, and you then begin to make your drink. It would make it seem like the viewer is a guest at your bar. Plus, if you could make an intro piece and included the red napkin on the bar, saying the title of the episode: The Red Napkin #... Just an idea
Thanks for the comment. I see your point about the napkin, but before I filmed these videos I decided that I didn't want the napkin on my bar to be a visual distraction, so I place the napkin when I serve the drink. I will think about maybe doing some kind of intro piece, as it might make the videos a little more professional.
