  • @HaRtBrEaKiiiD What happens is, everytime you kick a hard surface, your shins get micro fractures. As the Micro Fractures heal, the shin bones become stronger and more dense (because of osteoblasts)... And yes, eventually you will feel less pain.

  • @donnycage yes i heard about it.. i wonder how it feels like having iron shins and kicking trees without any pain.. every time i think of it, my shins have some weird feeling.. lol.

  • @HaRtBrEaKiiiD it takes at least 2 years to get hard!!! if you deliver a kick with full power and you hit the opponet knee it hurts a bit but at least you don't start jumping around the gym swearing!))).

  • ey could u help me both my shins are so weak i kick the bag for about 30 mins to an hour but they get all bruised and bumps and it stays bruised for like a month lol i cant walk or anything i got all holes and bumps when i go down my leg they bruise for a little tap... could u help me and tell me what to train or what to put on so they can heal ?? thanks

  • @dej0z Dude, you are trying too hard I use to train MT. Here is the technique which worked for me but here is a rule you must follow. Do not get your shin bruised or else you are defeating the purpose. start off by kicking the bad lightly and kick the softer part of the bag. You shin should feel tender to touch not bruised so adjust your kicking force accordingly. Email me if you wanna know more I will give you the details.

  • @legendsaleem lol thx but my left shin is alot mroe fucked then my right.. they are both weak naturally but i went to kick my cousin coz he was pissing me off with my left one and he had metal studs on and i had holes on my legs lol , no blood no broken bone.. mayb it was broken but i didnt go doctors or tell any1 lol it was fucked for like 2 months, i kick the bag now without it bruising or anything but when i sparr with a mate he just taps me and my shin full bruises -.- thx lol anymore help?

  • @dej0z Oh ya you can use Bio freeze to heal but its a prescription so ask your Dr.
