@TheKavebear The Akaka Bill indicates that you must have a parent or even a grandparent who would be eligible for the Hawaii Homstead Act of 1921. So, you can be 1/4 Hawaiian. Plus you would have to show membership/affilication with a Hawaiian Organization.
