The person in the black cape is from Kagetsu Tohya while the person that looks like Tohno Shiki is from the Tsukihime PLUS disk.

The person in the black cape is essentially Ciel when she was possessed by Roa. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the person who looks like Shiki.

your kidding! that ciel how did she got possessed by roa and for the other person he might be either shiki dad or his real brother i don't know but it be awesome if you can play as them in melty blood and mugen

The other person is not related to Shiki at all. He is a fake who committed several murders in Shiki's name, but he was eventually defeated by the real Shiki and Ciel. You can learn about Shiki's dad and family in one of the Kagetsu Tohya side stories. I think the name of the side story is Red Demon God.

You can find out more information by going onto the Beast Lairs' forums. What I normally do to get onto those forums is go to Wikipedia and type Kagetsu Tohya, after the article shows up, scroll down and click one of the websites. The one you're looking for will be in English. Once inside, click on the link that goes to Forums, and you'll be in the website where I found all this out. Alternatively you could just buy the Tsukihime PLUS disk, which sort of was a companion disk to Tsukihime, a game
