  • true essence of motorcycle...just that, no more ,no less!

  • drive that fucking bike into a childrens orphanage you twt

  • Now go out and get that thing dirty!

  • Take out the baffling!

  • Bikes like this really stand out in crotch rocket land. So if you want to ride in Japan and you want to be different, this is the coolest way to do it.

  • fuckin' all american steel, through and through. A MAN'S ride!

  • no air filter?

  • @TheRebelman95 Ya man if they love these old Girls so much why subject them to to this unneeded abuse?

  • @FrankaDith agreed

  • japs have the out of date american bikes. americans have the up to date jap bikes lol

  • @taylorcharlie36, try to afford one of these :-)

  • @taylorcharlie36 funny rite?

  • No rear shock absorbers!?

  • BITCH'N SCOOTER!

  • i can dig the orange, dude ! Btw, folks, wanna see the other get kick started? /watch?v=_RjhTqiF9KE&NR=1

  • Shame, if that's in Japan i wonder if these bikes made it.

  • square shoulders on tyres will corner wierd

  • While we were getting all exceited over billet covered fat tire chops, they quietly came over bought up a bunch of old iron and shipped it home.....that is where they came from.

I like what they are doing with them, personally.

  • @5769JJ You are so right!!!!! We do not need Arlen Ness, the godfather of sensless billet shit

  • I think it's funny how americans kids today are all about japanese/rice burners and the japs are all about classic american muscle wether it be cars or harleys. Kind of ironic!

  • @chighley i agree

  • Amazing how something so old runs so good.

  • Japan is a bikers MECCA,

Nowhere have i ever seen such a large amount of em.

BSA, norton, HD(old school ones), they sometimes seem to outnumber the kawa's and zuki's there.

  • Nice!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow!!!one pretty nice bike!

  • In the mid 1930s, Alfred Rich Child opened a Harley production line in Japan, it produced flatheads and knuckle heads until 1948 in japan from that line.

THATS HOW THEY HAVE SO MANY.

Harley fans HATE to hear that the old school goodness was made over there as well.

    BUT ITS TRUE.

  • @Micaleth2 let me know where you can find literature about this. Pretty interesting

  • Japan has a huge antique harley scene BECAUSE the factories were over there.

There is a huge amount of surplus parts from old manufacturing days in japan.

Sure some is from the left overs or war and us import.

BUT most of these old knucks are from surplus and old stock.

  • the reason they have so many different harley davidsons in japan after the war ,wwll , the u,s, occupied japan the motorcycles came over with the army, the u,s, presence has been there since 1945 and still is, the older cycles and the older engines are from the armed forces, kennairl@bellsouth,net

  • Another bad-ass hardcore bobber from Japan... I gotta check out that scene someday.

  • sweeeeet ride

  • well the shop i work for we sold about 200 knuckleheads to japan over the past years thats why thers a lot of ther ther im sick of hearing how th ejapanese have it goingon over ther, its just they buy a bike and make it thers and not worryed about what the next guy has...

  • @OIAce2-your a very angry little chap arent you

  • I agree, most squids on a sportbikes are after image and speed thrills. Not the riding life style, when they bore of it they dump the bike and try some other thrill sport. Thats why the average sportbike owner has his bike for 6 months to a year. True enthusiast will keep bikes for a life time. The Japanese are building these to simplify their lives a bit and slow down. Motorcycles should be wonderfully mechanical visually, tactually and soulfully. Most SB do not, except Ducati's...IMHO

  • asd

  • I love knuckleheads especially this one

  • i wanna to ride it.

  • @Lontavius1986

    learn english ^^

  • @Forenteam LOL i know i typed (to) by mistake.

  • Damn!!! Thats a NICE bike!!! Love everything about it! Except the seat. But other then thatm its AWESOME!

  • i always wanted a motorcycle, but now i totally wanna take up smoking hahahah

  • Nice!

  • how much did the bike cost?

    awesome bike btw:D

  • The reason japan has so many oldskool knuckleheds is cuz, when america put the newclear bomb they dropped bunch of motorcycles as well :D

  • @powerofpaper you failed

  • @powerofpaper you're a moron

  • @black87FXR ment no harm brother, just a joke:)

  • @coltbuntline If you say that japanese stuff is bad, than you are a clueless...go back riding and raising cows...That my friend is a tue bobber/chopper/ what ever you want to call it. not that fat back tire locomotives all glossy like thei were made for Parris Hilton. This guys have passion.

  • @coltbuntline

WTF, bro, the japs are smarter than any other country in the world by far, they make the best quality products, they already have technologies that we would never dream of, take the kawasaki kx 450f (fuel injected) one of the most advanced beautiful motocross bikes ever built... where did it come from? JAPAN..... i could name 1000 more things that they have that any other country would be like wtf how do you make that??!

  • not 'pencilnecks'...

they're more a gaggle of shitheads

    and assholes...

  • where do you find those wheel covers?

  • Don't forget this is still an American motorcycle. Well at least the engine. Don't know about the jap afterparts. Cheaper than the US to buy parts. Harley is still American, remember that!

  • y want it T_T

  • The orange is FUGLY!!! Ironic, the Nips want Harley's and Americans ride rice burners. Well, not all of us, I own and ride Harley Davidson exclusively.

  • @Nicodemus98

you must think you're so cool.

  • Super cool.

  • all that american iron must be worth a forutne in japan. hell, a fortune here! i wonder what a knuckle goes for over there?

  • Und was würde der deutsche TÜV dazu sagen... ABGELEHNT... Man das Teil ist echt hammer, aber leider hierzulande nicht anmeldbar.

  • dat ist doch ein oldteimer, das gehet doch oder?

  • @MadIgor1

Nope... Abgasanlage hohl...offener Trichter...wahrscheinlich keine zulässigen Reifen...vorne keine Radabdeckung = möööppp... is net... oldtimer hin oder her...

  • that's it I'm subscribing and saving for my trip to Japan!

  • Knuckleheads forever! I love my '47FL. Keep doing this gonzadeath...Fuck all these new bikes...crossbones, boss hoss, archback choppers...They are kinda gay, really!

  • Gonzadeathのフォーマットと組み立てられるこれらのオートバイを見ることは喜びに私の心を満たす!

  • haha NICEly done with the logo behind the seats:D

  • thats beautifull !

  • i want !!!i like much...super motocycle..

  • man this gonzadeath guy has a fuckload of sweet old harleys. im jealous.

  • The soulfulliness of this bike is not only for its originality but also the ability to be alone and on the road without the aid of thousands of dollars of equipment and accessories or a squad of scientist to repair any single component. There is less chance of a biker going the repair shop and needing expert advice versus a more modern/complex bike that does virtually the same thing. That's putting into reason...but going beyond that...the looks and sound are amazing and what a rarity

  • うひょひょ~♪

  • Cool.

  • i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee knuckleheadssssssssssssssssss

  • i like those classic HD ,,,....why its many classic hd in japan?

  • I assume, that because so much of the technical side, because it's so advanced, some people tend to feel technological improvement is soul-less, just walk around in most car lots, look at modern cars, many of them is technichly advance, works efficent e.t.c, but, they often(not always)look so grey, so...boring...or soul-less could we say. Not all people like that, they want something that has a soul, so they tries to find ways outside the ordinary, like building bikes like these.

  • Haha I don't think he was asking why people like knuckleheads but why so many are in Japan/how so many got to japan. My answer to that would be because

at least some people still respect the true motorcycle.

And to Gonzadeath props on whoevers bike that is!!

  • @ludasfaja NO, it's because a couple of California ass wipes, gathered up the old bikes in the 70's and early 80's, Flats, Knucks, Pans & Shovels,by the thousand and shipped them to Japan and Europe where they sold them for 10 times the price they could get here. That's way they are so hard to find here in the states now and the prices jumped way up. Until then you could buy a basket case for $100 and build yourself a nice scoot. Now, the same basket case will cost you about 6 or 7 grand.

  • @Nicodemus98 I worked at a shop in San Jose Ca that did that. But a lot of bikes in Japan are bikes from FBI ATF raids on outlaw mc club houses. The US sells them out side of US Borders to prevent the original owners from getting them back, That’s some screwed up shit.

  • @gwatson101 Yeah, I know. Same thing with all the M-14's, M-1's and other such tax payer financed rifles. They sell them to third world shit holes rather than to the original owners. The U.S. tax payer. That's what happens when you have a bunch of pencil necks running things.

  • @ludasfaja well go buy a true motorcycle and kickstart it

  • @Eddiemotor thats pretty deep... your probably right about that... but i think people like them because they are so f**king cool!!!

  • @snowbiker111 There are many reasons, what's the ''right'' one is up to each one of us :)

  • cause we Americans made the mistake of selling all our classic over sea's bad for us good for the europeans and Japan...

  • its a japanese identity for choppers to run old harleys with narrow handle bars...i think they feel that the old engines are more pure in sound and harleyness than modern commercialized harleys...also if i am not mistaken, these bobber style are an earlier style of modifying harleys before long fork choppers came......respect

  • I love those old bikes.

  • Yes,i love the sound of those as well, freaking great, and his 1942 knuckle head is awesome.Gonzadeath's whole collection is great.
