Bad entertainment, very few movies to chose from, Good Food, AAA Economy seats, very wide, im thin so it was like sitting in a first class seat, the best seats you will ever experience, very comfortable, 11 hour flight went past in a blink of an eye.

U.S. carriers suck. The flight attendants don't give a shit about the passengers. Customer service sucks. Its all because their part of a Union and don't have to work hard to please passengers. I will make sure to book a flight on a foreign carrier if I want to travel internationally.

30 years ago in 1980's top 10 of airlines are lead by US based carrier (PANAM, TWA, etc.)

now, there's no single US based carrier who have 5 stars on skytrax, and Asiana (Asia based carrier) one of the FIRST 5 STARS carrier and have one of the BEST customer service. fly Asiana !

I loved Asiana more than EVA, Korean Air, Cathay Pacific. I also loved the free city tour offered by Asiana during the lay over. I flew Asiana since 1994 on route SEA - ICN - SGN - BKK and through out the year. My next trip in May 2011 will be on Asiana

I looked asiana promote image VTR at first time.

our contory have about 10 airport in flight by asiana airline.

but they dont run any advertisement domestic TV and paper .

It seem that they are spending buget for flight servis or personal cost?

I dont claim new seat and new advertisement.

I eager that continue to improve flight servise.

For the airfare price, you folks just feed youre passenger with food, a glass of wine and free facials.

Now, if you can work on making youre flyasiana website, making it user friendly for western passenger, that would be great.
