I never claimed that the Arab woman life is better than that of her western counterpart in ALL aspects of life...there are areas a western woman enjoys freedom which is not available to the Arab woman. On the other hand there are areas which the Arab woman enjoys and not available to her western counterpart. About incest, at least in the US there are statistics but in many Arab countries there are no statistics about that. In the 1967 occupied Palestinian territories social workers have a little more freedom to deal with this issue than in some other Arab countries. I suggest you do some research on that.
