What the heck the eyes need to be an eye's length apart, and the eyelids are SO OFF. You've got the lines ALL WRONG and you somewhat ditched your own guidelines. The hair, -oh, don't even get me started on the hair! You basically shaded down lines with your pencil! The neck is WAAAY too large, the shading is terrible. Egad! This is a tutorial? But, you did an excellent job on the proportions, though.

You all forget this is an instructional video and that she has no reference what so ever to draw a face. What you see there on a paper is a self-drawn model of what could be someone's face.
