Britiain is the most free country in the entire world, even going as far as to give freedom to the police to arrest and hold without evidence anyone who looks a little bit too Arabic. Summary of this Advert: "Who told you that we occasionally screw up? They LIE".

Instead of hating the police learn about the laws, learn about your rights and as long as you live by common law. Do not harm, injury or cause loss for anyone then you are free as a bird! Never go to court again and surprise most police officers. As half of them do not know the law, as they are being trained without knowing about the fact of being a human being only common law applies!

It's a shame "on the beat" doesn't mean what it meant in the old days... officers on foot in local areas, "on the beat" today means touring about in vehicles, mainly on main roads, etc... never see officers on a council estate for example.

it seems that the police everywhere in the world are the same. i live in canada and the police here are just as awful as anywhere else. useless, dishonest, and judgmental... at best.

The police stay in the police station until they're called out then they turn up hours after the crime then go back to the police station again. They never go on the beat.

@Riftboy901 I was burgled 4 times where I used to live, the police call it "Anti Social Behaviour" when your council flat is burgled and advise you to call the council. They give you a crime number to claim your insurance then come to your house 3 days later to "investigate".

I had my window smashed 3 years ago, unfortunately for me. i was not in at the time so i have no idea who it was or i would have done something about it!

When i phoned 999 when i got in, the operator told me it was NOT an emergency and i was to call the local police station! WHICH WAS SHUT!!!!!

3 days later i got a visit from them...............at the same time the window fitter was repairing the damage. They said that as long as i was NOT injured, they would be taking the matter no further!!!

Police are the strong arm portion of the world's largest gang...GOVERNMENT. If people want freedom then they must be willing to take up arms and fight for it. If you don't have the courage to stand up against out of control government and the gorillas they use to enforce their will on you then you have no room to complain. Get your entire neighborhood and walk into the police station and say, "We are no longer going to tolerate your abuse!"

I was told by the Stirlingshire police they do not engage themselves in burglar alarms that sound off at any time for they might be in error and would be a waste of police resources to follow up, no thought that some might have been in harms way. I made this call from Balfron sometime ago
